Black Expo Activations & Talent Management
On-site activations provide sponsorship opportunities and drive consumers to attend the Black Expo and “Taste Of” events over the three-day weekend. Activations range from autograph signings at sponsor booths, performances by recording artists, lectures and seminars hosted by critically acclaimed speakers. One of the largest corporate activations that I’ve had the pleasure of executing was the Black Expo Healthy Living Cooking Demo sponsored by Food Lion. The demo was featured in multiple markets and hosted by Chef Monica Smith of North Carolina. Black Expo was also in charge of creating and distributing Food Lion and SC Department of Agriculture co-branded recipe cards, which featured Certified South Carolina Grown ingredients.
